Phase 1 Journey

Awareness & Launch

Phase 1 introduces health awareness and the club vision, encouraging student participation and creative expression. Activities kick off with the Health Club launch, member registration, and interactive talks exploring what it means to be healthy across body, mind, and social aspects.

Hygiene Education

Students are educated on vital personal hygiene practices, including oral, menstrual, and body care, alongside water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) principles. They engage in practical handwashing demonstrations, peer-led drama about daily habits, and monthly hygiene inspection games.

Community Action

To build communication skills and express personal health challenges, students participate in a 'My Health, My Power' poster competition and lead a community sensitisation walk within the school compound. These activities ultimately drive improved hygiene habits and increased club enrolment.

Phase 2

Healthy Habits, Healthy Life!

This phase moves students from awareness to action. Through hands-on training, peer education, and leadership development, participants gain practical skills they can use in school, at home, and within their communities.
